Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
These records prevent spoofing and improve deliverability.
- SPF: authorizes which servers can send for your domain
- DKIM: signs outgoing messages cryptographically
- DMARC: tells recipients how to handle failing messages

Create mailboxes
Log in to your provider’s admin console and create mailboxes for your team. Common first addresses:
admin@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com, and per-user mailboxes.6
